Strawberry Meringue Delight

Ingredients

• Crushed or broken meringues
• Fresh Strawberries
• Corrin Hill Strawberry or Vanilla ice cream

Methods

Put the crushed meringue into the base of a bowl or sundae glass.

Add 2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry ice cream.

Arrange the sliced strawberries onto the ice cream

Decorate with whipped cream and toasted almonds or chocolate flake.
