Ingredients:
- Corrin Hill Mint Choc Crunch ice cream
- Creme de Menthe
- Chocolate Flake
Method:
Put a scoop of Mint Choc Crunch ice cream into a bowl or sundae glass. Pour a measure of creme de menthe over the ice cream. Crumble some chocolate flake on top.
