Irish Cream with Banana

Ingredients:

• Banana
• Corrin Hill Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream
• Baileys or other Irish Cream liqueur
• Toasted Almonds

Method:

Slice some banana into a bowl or sundae glass. Add a couple of scoops of Corrin Hill Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream.

Pour over a measure of Irish cream liqueur.

Scatter the toasted almonds on top.
