Corrin Hill Liquer Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

• Liqueur Chocolates
• Corrin Hill Ice Cream

Method:

Place a few of your favourite liqueur chocolates in a bowl and melt in a pan of boiling water.

Place three scoops of your favourite Corrin Hill ice cream in a dish and cover with some melted Liqueur chocolates.

Add a fan wafer and serve immediately.
