Ingredients :
Corrin Hill Chocolate and Vanilla ice creams
For the sauce
150g plain chocolate
200ml cream
To decorate
Chopped nut /milk or white chocolate buttons/smarties - whatever you fancy
To make the sauce, melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Stir in the cream and heat until smooth and glossy. Do not boil the hot chocolate sauce.
Scoop the chocolate and vanilla ice creams into a bowl or sundae glass, pour over the hot chocolate sauce, sprinkle on the decorations.
