Ingredients:
Corrin Hill Toffee ice cream
Tinned pear halves in fruit juice
Honey
Ground ginger
Crushed Ginger nuts
Method:
Cut the pear halves in half and grill until slightly browned.
Make the sauce by pouring the juice from the pears into a saucepan. Add a dessert spoon of honey and a pinch of ground ginger and cook until it forms a syrup.
Arrange the pear quarters on a plate, put a scoop of toffee ice cream on top, pour over the sauce and spinkle on the crushed ginger nut biscuits.
