Corrin Hill Toffee Ice Cream with carmelised banana
 

Ingredients

Corrin Hill Toffee ice cream
1 banana per person
Soft brown sugar

Method

Slice the banana at an angle into a frying pan. Sprinkle one dessert spoon of brown sugar per banana over the bananas.

Heat gently until the bananas are softened and caramelised to a golden brown colour.

Arrange the banana slices on a plate, put 2 scoops of toffee ice cream on top.

Pour over the remainder of the caramel from the pan.
